Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 5 minutes into the match, Baldomero Lapurdi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Freixa. Camilo Freixa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Feliberto Ramirez in the 15th minute. Alfredo Ferrant sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niceto Virila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso de la Cruz in the 19th minute of play. Niceto Virila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Alfredo Ferrant fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Virila having to interfere. Paulino Katia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mario Fernandino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Niceto Virila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baldomero Lapurdi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 30 minutes, Alfonso de la Cruz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bolivia and the Nuevo Horizonte players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Bolivia's Camilo Freixa got control of the ball when Baldomero Lapurdi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 46 minutes into the game, Nuevo Horizonte's Baldomero Lapurdi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Camilo Freixa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomero Lapurdi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Baldomero Lapurdi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Freixa. A collision led to Nuevo Horizonte getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Guido Lucero hit a great ball. In the 69th minute of the match Mario Fernandino sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niceto Virila skillfully saved the ball. Feliberto Ramirez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mario Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Virila having to interfere. In the 78th minute Baldomero Lapurdi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Freixa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 93 minutes, Eduardo Fontirroig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bolivia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Fontirroig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Nuevo Horizonte fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bolivia had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
