After 2 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Bertie Johnson. 4 minutes into the game, Mjällby AIF's Uno Kilman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 7 minutes, Marshall Graham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Curacao and the Mjällby AIF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Marshall Graham got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, Mjällby AIF's Joseph Stalin dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Uno Kilman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. 19 minutes into the match, Uno Kilman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Uno Kilman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Uno Kilman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bruno Barrett came out and tried to block the shot, but Uno Kilman slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 22nd minute. Curacao's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Joseph Stalin scored to the left of an out of position Bruno Barrett, making the score, 6-0. In the 27th minute, Joseph Stalin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Nils-Erik Blomqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 30th match minute, Mjällby AIF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Walter Löfgren to maneuver through the defense. Saltuk Arabacıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stanley Wallace, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Joseph Stalin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. Ermanno Di Palma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 37 minutes, Uno Kilman made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Curacao's Bruno Barrett tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 40 minutes into the game, Ermanno Di Palma lined in a short shot 9-0 behind a frustrated Bruno Barrett. 44 minutes into the match, Nils-Erik Blomqvist notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 10-0 at half-time.

11-0 became the score in the 51st minute when Nils-Erik Blomqvist elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 56th minute, Uno Kilman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mjällby AIF's supporters rose to their feet, but Uno Kilman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bruno Barrett breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 58th minute, Lennart Bjurström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bruno Barrett was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joseph Stalin went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. 69 minutes into the game, Aleksander Kosmatka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 14-0. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Black Ghost kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. Bruno Barrett showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennart Bjurström, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Nils-Erik Blomqvist came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Mjällby AIF's Uno Kilman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 16-0. After 86 minutes, Uno Kilman made it 17-0 with a short kick to the right side. Curacao's Bruno Barrett tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When Mjällby AIF's Lennart Bjurström in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Curacao's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Curacao:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mjällby AIF:s goal. After 97 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Jordan Porter. There was no doubt that Mjällby AIF were the better team. Mjällby AIF's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
