After a rather tough play, Vetevendosje FC's Olov Grep got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Eşref Tuney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Iturri in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Kiev FC getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Geronimo Rubio hit a great ball. Kiev FC's attentive Antonio Mutafchiev managed to snatch the ball when Karl-Magnus Sävström made a throw-in in the 9th minute of the game. After 10 minutes of play, Kiev FC's Anselmo Iturri made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eşref Tuney was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 13th minute, Aristides Peli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eşref Tuney was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Iturri in the 21st minute of play forced Vetevendosje FC's goalkeeper Eşref Tuney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Kenneth Lundberg fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vetevendosje FC's protests and gave Kenneth Lundberg a yellow card for diving instead. Kenneth Lundberg hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Vetevendosje FC's Eşref Tuney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anselmo Iturri in the 23rd minute of play. Eşref Tuney came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Kiev FC's Anselmo Iturri. But to his dismay, Anselmo Iturri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Peng Xu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafal Cichewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anselmo Iturri in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eşref Tuney prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anselmo Iturri took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eşref Tuney. Eşref Tuney dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Burni in the 38th minute of play forced Vetevendosje FC's goalkeeper Eşref Tuney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Kiev FC's Anselmo Iturri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eşref Tuney narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some careless play in the Vetevendosje FC defense, Anselmo Iturri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eşref Tuney. The Vetevendosje FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eşref Tuney should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some careless play in the Vetevendosje FC defense, Rodolfo Burni kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eşref Tuney. The Vetevendosje FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eşref Tuney should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anselmo Iturri in the 56th minute of play forced Vetevendosje FC's goalkeeper Eşref Tuney to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vetevendosje FC's Kenneth Lundberg got his second yellow card of the match in the 57th minute. The referee ordered Kenneth Lundberg off the ground. After a rather tough play, Vetevendosje FC's Kenneth Lundberg got a free kick in the 57th minute. Eşref Tuney was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anselmo Iturri showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 58 minute of play. In the 64th minute Anselmo Iturri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eşref Tuney saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Anselmo Iturri ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eşref Tuney was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. Kiev FC's Angelino Abeita was substituted for Aristides Peli. Kiev FC's Ladislao Batista was substituted for Rodolfo Burni. Anselmo Iturri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eşref Tuney read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. In the 74th minute of the match Kiev FC got a corner. Vetevendosje FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Antonio Mutafchiev ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Angelino Abeita got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eşref Tuney quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eşref Tuney made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Iturri in the 78th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Anselmo Iturri notched a goal, 0-9, to the right of Vetevendosje FC's Eşref Tuney. Eşref Tuney was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eşref Tuney took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Iturri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eşref Tuney showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anselmo Iturri in the 88th minute of the match. Kiev FC's Peng Xu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roland Rosendahl in the 90th minute of play. If Alvaro Gartxot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over Kiev FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vetevendosje FC throughout the match.
