The referee ignored Predador Brasiliense MZBR's protests and gave Adhemar Amaral a yellow card for diving instead. Octavian Jähnigen had in the 13thth minute some difficulties stopping Wilfredo Ugutz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After having played for 15 minutes, Wolfgang Dalkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huckebein's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wolfgang Dalkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mehmet Ferit Ayçetin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Octavian Jähnigen got control of the ball when Wolfgang Dalkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Huckebein:s Apolo Santxol showed great skill when he stopped António Sobral:s penalty. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Predador Brasiliense MZBR made a substitution. Willem-Jan Van Hinnendael replaced Raúl Palomar. The wind increased when António Sobral made the kick off in the second half. Mehmet Ferit Ayçetin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavian Jähnigen having to interfere. Predador Brasiliense MZBR's Pedrinho Salgado was substituted for Asrın Dirsehan. Apolo Santxol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cris Gol in the 85th minute of play. Octavian Jähnigen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Ferit Ayçetin in the 87th minute of the match. A hard shot 88 in the game by Cris Gol from a close distance when the talented Apolo Santxol managed to make a qualified save. Huckebein's players were relieved. Everardo Presebal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cris Gol kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
