Gil Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tytus Jaszcz in the 8th minute of play. Gavino Belarmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans Kilstedt in the 9th minute of play. Gavino Belarmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans Kilstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sixten Sjö could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Gavino Belarmo made a huge save. Fredric Berg's late challenge caught a Metapalo FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gil Garcia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valentin Negroni, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 24 minutes had been played when some careless play by Metapalo FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ronny Nilsson was slow to take the kick. During this time Jonsereds IF's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Metapalo FC's Stelian Orescu got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 120th minute Sixten Sjö shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Belarmo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee gave Metapalo FC a penalty, 143 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jacinto Baumar, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Jonsereds IF's Gil Garcia. 3-4. Metapalo FC's Gavino Belarmo became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 6-5.
