Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 3 minutes into the game, Albert Zapatero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Camilo Freixa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Albert Zapatero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Camilo Freixa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 13 minutes into the game, Francisco Gallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bolivia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Spa the free kick. The supporters of Spa booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Gallo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bolivia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 龙渊挺 was slow to take the kick. During this time Spa's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Spa's corner 龙渊挺 fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Camilo Freixa quite easily take care of the ball. In the 19th minute, Albert Zapatero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 22nd minute, Albert Zapatero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Spa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Zhao Ping Hui showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Fontirroig, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 26th minute, Alejandro Villa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Spa booed when Bolivia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Tejedor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Spa's Ryan Fokkens suffered a concussion in the 29th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Alfredo Ferrant charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfredo Ferrant the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Camilo Freixa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Douwe Peeters, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albert Zapatero struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Camilo Freixa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spa. Camilo Freixa was out of position in the 38 minute of play, and Albert Zapatero capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Albert Zapatero really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Bolivia's Francisco Gallo got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Francisco Gallo off the ground. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albert Zapatero went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albert Zapatero made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Bolivia's zone, Tommi Lundell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal and Tommi Lundell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute, Tommi Lundell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Camilo Freixa was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Camilo Freixa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tommi Lundell in the 60th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Zapatero in the 66th minute of play forced Bolivia's goalkeeper Camilo Freixa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Freixa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Albert Zapatero went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Albert Zapatero's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Camilo Freixa was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. If Albert Zapatero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camilo Freixa came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Spa's Albert Zapatero. But to his dismay, Albert Zapatero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Albert Zapatero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, Spa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Boudewijn Been to maneuver through the defense. There was no doubt that Spa were the better team. Spa's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
