In the 3rd minute, Alfonso Arixo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Roland Brack had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Grep charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcus Grep the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 7th minute, Marcus Grep hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 9 minutes into the match, Roland Brack had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Helge Nykvist. Billesholm's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roland Brack was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Vila Industrial FC's goal looked a bit too open when Scott Sterling came free, but César Boldrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. César Boldrini didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sture Hellbom went, in the 19th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 22nd minute, Sture Hellbom reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of César Boldrini. The goal made the score 2-1. Roland Brack recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute, Roland Brack made a precise shot to the right of Helge Nykvist. Billesholm's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 30 minutes into the match, Vila Industrial FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sture Hellbom came free, but César Boldrini reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scott Sterling in the 32nd minute of play forced Vila Industrial FC's goalkeeper César Boldrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute Billesholm were awarded a corner. Marcus Grep went to the cornerflag to take it. 37 minutes into the match, Billesholm's Scott Sterling sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that César Boldrini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Helge Nykvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberto Cibran in the 40th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Scott Sterling got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vila Industrial FC were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Billesholm's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Roberto Cibran took the corner. In the 47thth minute of the game Roland Brack who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Billesholm's Helge Nykvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Scott Sterling made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Roland Brack dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Helge Nykvist, 2-3. 54 minutes into the match, Billesholm's Sture Hellbom sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that César Boldrini narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Roland Brack's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Helge Nykvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. Helge Nykvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Brack in the 60th minute of play. Roland Brack took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Helge Nykvist. Helge Nykvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-4. Vila Industrial FC's Dorian Valladares was substituted for Roland Brack. Billesholm's Helge Nykvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Billesholm from getting a goal against them. Abdulkerim Bardakçı kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Roberto Cibran took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Helge Nykvist. Billesholm's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Knut Danielsson in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg César Boldrini saved Vila Industrial FC from getting behind. Timmy Zander got a throw-in 82 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Teobald Pyczkowski. César Boldrini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Scott Sterling, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. César Boldrini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Scott Sterling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Vila Industrial FC's zone, Scott Sterling stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. César Boldrini came out of the goal and Scott Sterling tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Jönsson hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Billesholm made a substitution. Karl-Magnus Ferm replaced Fredric Hylander. The supporters of Billesholm booed when Vila Industrial FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timmy Zander didn't get a good kick on the ball.
The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Vila Industrial FC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
