An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Elequemedo in the 4th minute of play forced Olds School Pepo's goalkeeper Jacinto Nicholas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Placido Llanos kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 8 minutes into the game, Herminio Stephen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Kleopas Plouffe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olds School Pepo's goalkeeper Jacinto Nicholas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kleopas Plouffe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herminio Stephen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A throw-in in the 27th minute of the game was made by Cipriano Ledesma with Patricio Pagomari as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Gogo Elequemedo struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Jacinto Nicholas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Defensores de Mar de Ajó. Herminio Stephen took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kleopas Plouffe. After the first half Olds School Pepo were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Olds School Pepo made a substitution. Prudencio Mendebal replaced 莫珂洲. Olds School Pepo's Juan Gervaso was substituted for Herminio Stephen. Olds School Pepo's Jacinto Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Elequemedo in the 54th minute of play. Kleopas Plouffe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Gervaso in the 55th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Geovânio Dracena got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Olds School Pepo's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Elequemedo came free, but Jacinto Nicholas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Defensores de Mar de Ajó's goalkeeper Kleopas Plouffe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Olds School Pepo's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luis Gumaro in the 63rd minute. Kleopas Plouffe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Serrizuela, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. The supporters of Olds School Pepo booed when Defensores de Mar de Ajó was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Placido Llanos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute Juan Gervaso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kleopas Plouffe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Olds School Pepo's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
