The supporters of Hummerfiskarna booed when Kolopetinitsa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dimitris Loubadiaris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vlassis Mintiouris was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 11 minutes into the match. After 10 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Kolopetinitsa! Kjell Stolpe walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. In the 14th play minute Isak Billock came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nikos Leontoulis. 1-0. Tor Lundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miltiadis Alexopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After 21 minutes, Tim Jakobsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hummerfiskarna and the Kolopetinitsa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Kolopetinitsa booed when Hummerfiskarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tim Jakobsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tilemachos Karagiotas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 25 played minutes Kolopetinitsa got a freekick which was hit by Dimitris Loubadiaris. Nikos Leontoulis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kjell Stolpe in the 29th minute of play. A hard shot 32 in the game by Isak Billock from a close distance when the talented Nikos Leontoulis managed to make a qualified save. Kolopetinitsa's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Isak Billock put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Nikos Leontoulis. Ove Isaksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Nikos Leontoulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Hummerfiskarna's Christoffer Strand got a free kick in the 39th minute. 42 minutes into the match, Kjell Stolpe notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Kolopetinitsa's Nikos Leontoulis. Nikos Leontoulis was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute, Christoffer Strand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kyriakos Zindros to strike the kick off in the second half. Spyros Daskalakis struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Tor Lundberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kolopetinitsa. With a little luck, Hummerfiskarna's Tor Lundberg got control of the ball when Kyriakos Zindros tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Eric Lövgren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kyriakos Zindros got free with Tor Lundberg in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eric Lövgren struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Nikos Leontoulis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hummerfiskarna. After 68 played minutes Kolopetinitsa got a freekick which was hit by Akis Kiakis. Kjell Stolpe took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Nikos Leontoulis. Kolopetinitsa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nikos Leontoulis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Stolpe in the 70th minute of the match. Nikos Leontoulis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Stolpe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kolopetinitsa's goalkeeper Nikos Leontoulis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 79 played minutes Hummerfiskarna got a freekick which was hit by Otto Siöman.
