Wesley Teles took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bartolo Chepe. Bartolo Chepe dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bartolo Chepe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Antunes in the 10th minute of play. When October 04's Wesley Teles in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stronghold S.A's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Apolo Cordera during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of October 04 booed when Stronghold S.A was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Cordera didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Wesley Teles sped through Stronghold S.A's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bartolo Chepe. Teobaldo Aurre kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute of the match Toni Ramos sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bartolo Chepe skillfully saved the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Stronghold S.A's goal looked a bit too open when Wesley Teles came free, but Bartolo Chepe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Stronghold S.A's Bartolo Chepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Paulo Paes in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Claudinho Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartolo Chepe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th match minute, Stronghold S.A was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobaldo Aurre to maneuver through the defense. Wesley Teles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. October 04's Diego de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Aurre in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Apolo Cordera hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Diego de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Aurre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stronghold S.A's Bartolo Chepe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wesley Teles in the 41st minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, Wesley Teles notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Stronghold S.A's Bartolo Chepe. Bartolo Chepe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wesley Teles to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Wesley Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot. October 04's supporters rose to their feet, but Wesley Teles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolo Chepe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Diego de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Aurre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Stronghold S.A booed when October 04 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabinho Falcão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Diego de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Aurre in the 61st minute of play. Silas Brasil kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Stronghold S.A getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Teo Loreto hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinho Antunes in the 78th minute of play forced Stronghold S.A's goalkeeper Bartolo Chepe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Claudinho Antunes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bartolo Chepe was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. A collision led to Stronghold S.A getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Teobaldo Aurre hit a great ball. Bartolo Chepe was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Toni Ramos. After a rather tough play, Stronghold S.A's Teobaldo Aurre got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Pedro Paulo Paes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bartolo Chepe came out and tried to block the shot, but Pedro Paulo Paes slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 86th minute. With a little luck, Stronghold S.A's Bartolo Chepe got control of the ball when Wesley Teles tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Wesley Teles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The October 04 players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
