Octavian Soare stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaj Skager's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. After a rather tough play, Galati Harbour Cats's Sven-Åke Ré got a free kick in the 7th minute. Octavian Soare was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kaj Skager showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Club Atletico Los Andes's goal looked a bit too open when Ianis Man came free, but Dochko Rodev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ianis Man struck a weak shot in the 17th minute. Dochko Rodev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Galati Harbour Cats. Octavian Soare showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kaj Skager in the 24th minute of the match. A collision led to Galati Harbour Cats getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Sven-Åke Ré hit a great ball. Club Atletico Los Andes's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Abel Krorby in the 30th minute. The corner led Club Atletico Los Andes's Orlando Inautzi to fire away a dangerous shot which Octavian Soare despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Octavian Soare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaj Skager in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Octavian Soare, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Tomáš Lamačka came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Club Atletico Los Andes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomáš Lamačka couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Club Atletico Los Andes made a substitution. Victoriano Loreto replaced Tomáš Lamačka. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kaj Skager made a kick off. In the 57th minute Kaj Skager shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavian Soare saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Club Atletico Los Andes's Dochko Rodev got control of the ball when Ianis Man tried to sneak it across the goal line. Dochko Rodev made an important save on a dangerous shot by Shi Li in the 64th minute. Octavian Soare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaj Skager in the 71st minute of play. After some careless play in the Galati Harbour Cats defense, Kaj Skager kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Octavian Soare. The Galati Harbour Cats fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Octavian Soare should have stopped the shot. Orlando Inautzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavian Soare having to interfere. Club Atletico Los Andes's defense didn't have a chance, in the 77th minute, when Ianis Man scored to the left of an out of position Dochko Rodev, making the score, 2-2. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Octavian Soare, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Octavian Soare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaj Skager, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kaj Skager in the 83rd minute of play forced Galati Harbour Cats's goalkeeper Octavian Soare to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Orlando Inautzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Atletico Los Andes's Donald Trump was substituted for Fabio Peli. Ianis Man fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dochko Rodev having to interfere. Club Atletico Los Andes's Dochko Rodev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ianis Man in the 92nd minute of play. With his leg Dochko Rodev managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Shi Li in the 93rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dochko Rodev, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 97 minutes, Ianis Man managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Galati Harbour Cats's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ianis Man was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Galati Harbour Cats were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
