Shi Li took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Justo Baladi. Justo Baladi dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Galati Harbour Cats's Gheorghe Ducu got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 17th match minute, Los Irrompibles was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aimé Burke to maneuver through the defense. Justo Baladi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Shi Li in the 18th minute of the match. Aimé Burke made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fabio Maore however managed to control. If Shi Li had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Los Irrompibles's Justo Baladi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Shi Li in the 24th minute of play. After some careless play in the Los Irrompibles defense, Shi Li kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Justo Baladi. The Los Irrompibles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Justo Baladi should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shi Li in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Justo Baladi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Justo Baladi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shi Li went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute, Shi Li left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Galati Harbour Cats fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shi Li in the 45th minute of play forced Los Irrompibles's goalkeeper Justo Baladi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half Galati Harbour Cats were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Shi Li made the kick off in the second half. Justo Baladi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Shi Li's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. 55 minutes into the match, Los Irrompibles's goal looked a bit too open when Shi Li came free, but Justo Baladi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Shi Li's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Justo Baladi was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Justo Baladi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Shi Li went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Aimé Burke kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Los Irrompibles getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Aimé Burke hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 71 minutes, Shi Li put it in 0-9 from a short distance just to the right of Justo Baladi. Octavian Soare showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luka De Roeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After 79 minutes of play, Galati Harbour Cats's Shi Li made it 0-10 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Justo Baladi was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 82nd minute, Shi Li reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Justo Baladi. The goal made the score 0-11. Los Irrompibles's Justo Baladi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Los Irrompibles from getting a goal against them. Justo Baladi was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Shi Li capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Shi Li really showed his touch with that goal: 0-12. 91 minutes into the match, Galati Harbour Cats's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Maore came free, but Octavian Soare reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ianis Man scored 0-13 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Justo Baladi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Galati Harbour Cats eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
