Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) San Lorenzo 11's Boğaç Altuncuoğlu started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 12th minute of the match San Lorenzo 11 got a corner. Estudiantes de La Plata's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martin Betadur ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Bucciarelli in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mário Súľovský prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Boğaç Altuncuoğlu got free with Mário Súľovský in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Boğaç Altuncuoğlu received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mário Súľovský came out and tried to block the shot, but Boğaç Altuncuoğlu slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 15th minute. Aurelio Astudillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Bilintx in the 18th minute of the match. Boğaç Altuncuoğlus short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Mário Súľovský to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Estudiantes de La Plata's Mário Súľovský proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Estudiantes de La Plata from getting a goal against them. In the 26th minute Filomeno Marko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aurelio Astudillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mário Súľovský showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Bucciarelli in the 31st minute of the match. Estudiantes de La Plata's Atilano Poz was substituted for Mauro Evarado. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albino Viviano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudio Bucciarelli in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mário Súľovský saved Estudiantes de La Plata from getting behind. In the 70thth minute of the game Boğaç Altuncuoğlu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Estudiantes de La Plata's Mário Súľovský was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 75 minutes into the match, San Lorenzo 11's Claudio Bucciarelli sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mário Súľovský narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After taking down the ball on San Lorenzo 11's corner Martin Betadur fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mário Súľovský quite easily take care of the ball. Mário Súľovský stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudio Bucciarelli's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Mário Súľovský showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boğaç Altuncuoğlu in the 81st minute of the match. If Boğaç Altuncuoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, Boğaç Altuncuoğlu notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Estudiantes de La Plata's Mário Súľovský. Mário Súľovský was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 90th minute Boğaç Altuncuoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mário Súľovský saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mário Súľovský made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Boğaç Altuncuoğlu in the 91st minute of play. In the 96th minute, Boğaç Altuncuoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Mário Súľovský. Estudiantes de La Plata's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. San Lorenzo 11 had won after a very even match.
