Redbourn AFC's Shah Chian played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Günther Doty in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of Chinese CJ Youth Academy booed when Redbourn AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Liang didn't get a good kick on the ball. Prime Shiong made in the 12th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Farhan Seng immediately put the ball in play. Günther Doty scored 0-3 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Shah Chian, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Chinese CJ Youth Academy fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Günther Doty looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Günther Doty got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Shah Chian came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Tytus Orling. Shah Chian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Günther Doty, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 27th match minute, Redbourn AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prime Shiong to maneuver through the defense. Shah Chian made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Günther Doty in the 29th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Günther Doty in the 32nd minute of play forced Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper Shah Chian to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Günther Doty who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Redbourn AFC's Shah Chian was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tytus Orling sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 played minutes Redbourn AFC got a freekick which was hit by SK Tuan. A throw-in in the 41st minute of the game was made by Alex Ning with Farhan Seng as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Günther Doty put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Shah Chian. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Günther Doty in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Shah Chian saved Redbourn AFC from getting behind. 47 minutes into the game, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Günther Doty nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Shah Chian made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Disappointed in the 0-8 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Günther Doty stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Redbourn AFC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Günther Doty 80 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-13. Prime Shiong hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Redbourn AFC's Shah Chian got control of the ball when Günther Doty tried to sneak it across the goal line. Khai Teo's late challenge caught a Chinese CJ Youth Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Khai Teo helped the player get up and apologised. Shah Chian made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Günther Doty sent off a good shot on target. Günther Doty sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Shah Chian showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roni Ronaldinho, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. 98 minutes into the match, Günther Doty dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Shah Chian, 0-15. Chinese CJ Youth Academy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
