After 38 minutes of play, Peluchita Fc's Eulalio Abaunza made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mauro Iruinea was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Eulalio Abaunza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauro Iruinea was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. A collision led to DirectorVisual.com getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Jorge Gordillo hit a great ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leopoldo Luque was the one to do the kick off. DirectorVisual.com's Hernán Crespo was substituted for Leopoldo Luque. Peluchita Fc's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marciano Obeko in the 78th minute. A nice corner shot did that Marciano Obeko got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Mauro Iruinea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Federico Urtats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cosme Sansone got free with Mauro Iruinea in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by DirectorVisual.com's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Marciano Obeko was slow to take the kick. During this time Peluchita Fc's players had a chance to rest. Peluchita Fc's Amado Artal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Mauro Iruinea in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Peluchita Fc's Jaroslaw Czeszyk shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mauro Iruinea but with some difficulty. Cosme Sansone received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Mauro Iruinea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yu Zheng Zheng fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Iruinea having to interfere. Mauro Iruinea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cosme Sansone in the 96th minute.
