Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gabriel-Omar Batista took the kick off in the first half of the match. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Israel Manuelo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Evelio Gaufred in the 3 minute of the game. Bogdan Kornatowski made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Gabriel-Omar Batista sent off a good shot on target. Peluchita Fc's Bogdan Kornatowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel-Omar Batista in the 8th minute of play. With 10 minutes on the clock, Lázaro Rufo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 9th minute, one of ★Independiente Ψ★:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ★Independiente Ψ★. 11 minutes into the game, Froilan Tabb cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Maximiliano Iigo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Alfonso Musso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabriel-Omar Batista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bogdan Kornatowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 17th minute of the match ★Independiente Ψ★ got a corner. Peluchita Fc's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Adan Aresti ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on ★Independiente Ψ★'s corner Adan Aresti fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bogdan Kornatowski quite easily take care of the ball. 20 minutes into the game, ★Independiente Ψ★'s Gabriel-Omar Batista nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bogdan Kornatowski made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Maximiliano Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Froilan Tabb, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Peluchita Fc's goalkeeper Bogdan Kornatowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel-Omar Batista. 35 minutes into the match, ★Independiente Ψ★'s goal looked a bit too open when Yu Zheng Zheng came free, but Maximiliano Iigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Maximiliano Iigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yu Zheng Zheng in the 37th minute of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Gabriel-Omar Batista managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ★Independiente Ψ★'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel-Omar Batista was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Peluchita Fc booed when ★Independiente Ψ★ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jairo Hotz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eulalio Abaunza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alfonso Musso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bogdan Kornatowski having to make a save. Gabriel-Omar Batista blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bogdan Kornatowski having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel-Omar Batista in the 58th minute of play forced Peluchita Fc's goalkeeper Bogdan Kornatowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Maximiliano Iigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save ★Independiente Ψ★ from getting a goal against them. Maximiliano Iigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaroslaw Czeszyk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximiliano Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaroslaw Czeszyk in the 64th minute of play. In the 71st minute Eulalio Abaunza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximiliano Iigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75th minute of the match, Eulalio Abaunza got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maximiliano Iigo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Peluchita Fc made a substitution. Cosme Sansone replaced Eulalio Abaunza. Maximiliano Iigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Richie in the 84th minute of play. Cosme Sansone who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 86thth minute tested the skills of Maximiliano Iigo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Alfonso Musso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. ★Independiente Ψ★'s Jay-Jay Okocha was substituted for Alfonso Musso. In the 94th minute, Adan Aresti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cosme Sansone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
