C.A.Independiente's Øyvind Rovik was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Teodosio Iigo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Øyvind Rovik in the 22nd minute of play forced AZURDUY F.C.'s goalkeeper Teodosio Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodosio Iigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tom Misaki, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tom Hermansson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. AZURDUY F.C.'s Berker Soytekin quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fabian Ipar, made in the 70th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the match, C.A.Independiente's goal looked a bit too open when Tom Hermansson came free, but Buford Lim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute Niclas Füllkrug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Buford Lim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The C.A.Independiente players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented AZURDUY F.C. from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
