After a rather tough play, Despidida AFC's Feliksas Fenichev got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Maximiliano Iigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ancho Branca, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximiliano Iigo came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Despidida AFC's Ancho Branca. But to his dismay, Ancho Branca quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliver Rizzo in the 29th minute of play forced ★Independiente Ψ★'s goalkeeper Maximiliano Iigo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximiliano Iigo. ★Independiente Ψ★'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alvaro Raymond was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 38 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel-Omar Batista. Fernando Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adan Aresti in the 44th minute of the match. After the first half Despidida AFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gabriel-Omar Batista was the one to do the kick off. Despidida AFC made a substitution.
