After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Wiliam Rosa got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute, Luís Fábio Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Alcântara made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Délio Terra sent off a good shot on target. Fabinho Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Araújo in the 10th minute of the match. Magno Prado hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Fabinho Arruda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lino Araújo, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. When AF CERRADO's Gil Velloso in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. Bernardo Xavier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabinho Arruda having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lino Araújo in the 30th minute of play forced Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goalkeeper Fabinho Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Zé Roberto Veloso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Délio Terra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gil Velloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Fabinho Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's José Maria Favoretto got a free kick in the 46th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Waldir Souza made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Délio Terra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severino Alcântara. AF CERRADO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Délio Terra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Délio Terra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Severino Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Lino Araújo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Fabinho Arruda. That made the score 1-1 in the 68 minute of play. When Jardel Favoretto fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s protests and gave Jardel Favoretto a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tarrasque Voador F.C. getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Jardel Favoretto hit a great ball. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Fabinho Arruda successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Severino Alcântara came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Magno Prado. But to his dismay, Magno Prado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Fabinho Arruda made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Araújo in the 89th minute. Bernardo Xavier scored 2-2 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Fabinho Arruda, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the AF CERRADO players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
