After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Jefferson Maia managed to get in a good position for a shot. 卡納里尼奧 FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jefferson Maia was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Trevisan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cléberson Santana took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 44th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alexandre Trevisan. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A collision led to Tarrasque Voador F.C. getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Tiaguinho Lira hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The supporters of 卡納里尼奧 FC booed when Tarrasque Voador F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Roberto Veloso didn't get a good kick on the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Jefferson Maia came free, but Alexandre Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alexandre Trevisan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Christiano Cardoso's late challenge caught a 卡納里尼奧 FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christiano Cardoso helped the player get up and apologised. 92 minutes into the game, Agostinho Guedes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alexandre Trevisan. Agostinho Guedes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-8. Abel Vidal's late challenge caught a Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Vidal helped the player get up and apologised. Abel Vidal hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute of the match Horácio Félix shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but João Vítor Guimarães showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Tarrasque Voador F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. 卡納里尼奧 FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
