Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arí Motta in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marquinhos Diniz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maicon Gonçalves's late challenge caught a Jovens Democratas MZC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maicon Gonçalves helped the player get up and apologised. In the 5th minute, Artur Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marquinhos Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Arí Motta in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Marquinhos Diniz saved Jovens Democratas MZC from getting behind. Severino Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilian Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. In the 14th minute, Wiliam Rosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wilian Antunes struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Severino Alcântara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jovens Democratas MZC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emanuel Branco got free with Severino Alcântara in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of AF CERRADO booed when Jovens Democratas MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aílton Sousa didn't get a good kick on the ball. 1-0 became the score in the 29th minute when Wilian Antunes elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 34 minutes into the match, AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Severino Alcântara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emanuel Branco. After 37 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Dionísio. Severino Alcântara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilian Antunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. A collision led to AF CERRADO getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Wiliam Rosa hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilian Antunes got free with Severino Alcântara in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wilian Antunes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arí Motta to strike the kick off in the second half. Arí Motta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 51st minute of the match, but Marquinhos Diniz made a huge save. Benedito Tande kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 56thth minute of the game Didi Gaúcho who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jovens Democratas MZC's Marquinhos Diniz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Jeferson Santana managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jovens Democratas MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jeferson Santana was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severino Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maicon Gonçalves hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Maicon Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the match, Wilian Antunes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severino Alcântara. AF CERRADO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wilian Antunes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Wilian Antunes took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severino Alcântara. Severino Alcântara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Branco in the 77th minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Severino Alcântara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 86 played minutes AF CERRADO got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Dionísio. When Paulinho Fonseca fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jovens Democratas MZC's protests and gave Paulinho Fonseca a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th match minute, Jovens Democratas MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulinho Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Severino Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeferson Santana in the 94th minute of play. Jovens Democratas MZC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
