Perivaldo Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tião Paranaense in the 16th minute. After 17 minutes of play, Real Brasília FC - DMZ's Tião Paranaense made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 21st minute, Tião Paranaense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, MARINUS MZC's Thiago Ortiz got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Olívio Xavier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erivaldo Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Guimarães, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfredinho Sampaio got free with Perivaldo Moreira in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Perivaldo Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tião Paranaense in the 33rd minute. Dalmo de Salles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erivaldo Freire didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valdo Guimarães went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. An unexpected shot in the 38th minute by Tião Paranaense got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 2-1 became the score in the 43rd minute when Alfredinho Sampaio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Claudinei Miranda got free with Perivaldo Moreira in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Perivaldo Moreira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tião Paranaense in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Perivaldo Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tião Paranaense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55thth minute of the game Tião Paranaense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MARINUS MZC's Perivaldo Moreira was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luiz Guilherme Arantes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Erivaldo Freire made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in MARINUS MZC's zone, Alfredinho Sampaio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Perivaldo Moreira came out of the goal and Alfredinho Sampaio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 65th minute, Alfredinho Sampaio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Perivaldo Moreira was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. 68 minutes into the game, Real Brasília FC - DMZ's Dalmo de Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Perivaldo Moreira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. In the 72nd minute, Amílton de Toledo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Brasília FC - DMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. In the 75th minute, Luiz Guilherme Arantes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Erivaldo Freire was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-2. After a defensive mix-up in MARINUS MZC's zone, Amílton de Toledo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Perivaldo Moreira came out of the goal and Amílton de Toledo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 85 minutes of play, MARINUS MZC's Valdo Guimarães made it 5-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erivaldo Freire was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 89th play minutes Tião Paranaense shot 6-3, a short shot which went by Perivaldo Moreira and just under the crossbar into goal. With a little luck, Real Brasília FC - DMZ's Erivaldo Freire got control of the ball when Luiz Guilherme Arantes tried to sneak it across the goal line. There was no doubt that Real Brasília FC - DMZ were the better team. Real Brasília FC - DMZ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
