Jovens Democratas MZC's Wilian Antunes was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 5th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Célio de Sousa was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 8th minute. Jovens Democratas MZC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Jovens Democratas MZC's Wilian Antunes in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jovens Democratas MZC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jeferson Santana in the 58th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Zé Augusto Tinoco heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 66 minutes into the match, Hélder Trigo notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Jovens Democratas MZC's Marquinhos Diniz. Marquinhos Diniz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jovens Democratas MZC's Paulinho Fonseca was substituted for Sérgio Chaves. Jovens Democratas MZC made a substitution. Benedito Tande replaced Aílton Sousa. After 71 minutes, Diogo Zonta mouthed his way into the referee's book. Jovens Democratas MZC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
