After 56 minutes of play, Stat Veritas FC's Pepe Argento made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Camilo Salvidor was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stat Veritas FC made a substitution. Ziemowit Dembowski replaced Adolfo Fresco. Mauricio Erramun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriele Batistuta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Menchu FC's Primitivo Rocendo was substituted for Roberto Carlo. A collision led to Menchu FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Peter Söderqwist hit a great ball. Menchu FC's Gaston Firmo managed to work through Stat Veritas FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Gaston Firmo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. A collision led to Menchu FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Caetano Linhares hit a great ball. A hard shot by Johan Gelin from long distance, 95 minutes into the match, got Camilo Salvidor's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
