Tiburones Machos made a substitution. Rosendo Rios replaced Bartlomiej Rybak. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriele Batistuta made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marko Hultin in the 98th minute of play forced Menchu FC's goalkeeper Camilo Salvidor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Menchu FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
