The audience thought a goal was coming when Ganga Banga got free with Krzysztof Nowakowski in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Ganga Banga scored to the left of an out of position Krzysztof Nowakowski, making the score, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ganga Banga in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Krzysztof Nowakowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Radzyminski in the 21st minute of play forced Zawisza Bydgoszcz's goalkeeper Krzysztof Nowakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of SS SuperSonics booed when Zawisza Bydgoszcz was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Maciejewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Krzysztof Nowakowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Zawisza Bydgoszcz from getting a goal against them. The audience was convinced that Ganga Banga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Krzysztof Nowakowski was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Mateusz Trzenzalski struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Hugon Lenertej didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zawisza Bydgoszcz. Ganga Banga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Krzysztof Nowakowski when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Ganga Banga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 38th minute Ganga Banga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Krzysztof Nowakowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ganga Banga could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Krzysztof Nowakowski made a huge save. A collision led to SS SuperSonics getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Bogumil Misiorowski hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Bogdan Kolba made the kick off in the second half. Krzysztof Nowakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeusz Radzyminski in the 60th minute of the match. Bogdan Kolba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 66 minutes into the match, SS SuperSonics's Ganga Banga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Krzysztof Nowakowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. SS SuperSonics's Radowit Jazowski was substituted for Bambang Wiatr. After 80 played minutes Zawisza Bydgoszcz got a freekick which was hit by Ubaldo Matildo Kutaisov. The supporters of Zawisza Bydgoszcz booed when SS SuperSonics was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeusz Radzyminski didn't get a good kick on the ball. SS SuperSonics's Eugeniusz Mochowak was substituted for Tadeusz Radzyminski. In the 84th match minute, SS SuperSonics was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tadeusz Radzyminski to maneuver through the defense. Hugon Lenertej came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Bogdan Kolba. But to his dismay, Bogdan Kolba quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Filip Maciejewski kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SS SuperSonics's zone, Iwo Lewicki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugon Lenertej came out of the goal and Iwo Lewicki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gucci Gangstad struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Krzysztof Nowakowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SS SuperSonics. Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Krzysztof Nowakowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugeniusz Mochowak in the 95th minute of play. In the 97thth minute of the game Gucci Gangstad who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zawisza Bydgoszcz's Krzysztof Nowakowski was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SS SuperSonics's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
