The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Benedykt Niemoj made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Stig Enegren sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th minute of the match MAFFIAN got a corner. Fifth Chicken's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Max Håning ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 8 minutes of play, Fifth Chicken's Sebastian Kolba made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kjell-Arne Hultman was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tanek Rekowski hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sad Failla in the 13th minute of play forced MAFFIAN's goalkeeper Kjell-Arne Hultman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the MAFFIAN defense, Sebastian Kolba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kjell-Arne Hultman. The MAFFIAN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kjell-Arne Hultman should have stopped the shot. Kjell-Arne Hultman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastian Kolba in the 23rd minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Sebastian Kolba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kjell-Arne Hultman. MAFFIAN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sebastian Kolba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Benedykt Niemoj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stig Enegren in the 26th minute. In the 34th minute, Sebastian Kolba ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kjell-Arne Hultman was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Benedykt Niemoj showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig Enegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. MAFFIAN were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Fifth Chicken's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Max Håning took the corner. Stig Enegren scored 1-5 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benedykt Niemoj, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stig Enegren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fifth Chicken's Sebastian Kolba got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of MAFFIAN booed when Fifth Chicken was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sad Failla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedykt Niemoj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig Enegren in the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of Fifth Chicken booed when MAFFIAN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mark Widberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fifth Chicken's Tobiasz Harbaszewski was substituted for Sad Failla. In the 83rd match minute, MAFFIAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mark Widberg to maneuver through the defense. Kjell-Arne Hultman made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Tobiasz Harbaszewski sent off a good shot on target. Benedykt Niemoj stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mark Widberg's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. Benedykt Niemoj took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dennis Edström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fifth Chicken's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
