An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervásio Severiano in the 21st minute of play forced Spartan FC Mogilany's goalkeeper Iwo Domarecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wojciech Skaradowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Armindo Salgado made a huge save. In the 28th minute Joaquim de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iwo Domarecki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 29th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gervásio Severiano to maneuver through the defense. Wojciech Skaradowski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armindo Salgado having to interfere. Spartan FC Mogilany's Iwo Domarecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim de Barros in the 34th minute of play. César Sampaio charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed César Sampaio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Armindo Salgado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wojciech Skaradowski in the 41st minute. César Sampaio kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Spartan FC Mogilany's Wojciech Skaradowski got a free kick in the 47th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Iwo Domarecki acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 58th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Álvaro Rezende. Spartan FC Mogilany's Iwo Domarecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luís Caeiro in the 60th minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Octavian Nicolescu came free, but Armindo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 67 played minutes Spartan FC Mogilany got a freekick which was hit by Wojciech Skaradowski. In the 68th match minute, Spartan FC Mogilany was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomasz Gorzkiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Iwo Domarecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Hăvârneanu in the 73rd minute of the match. VB-Team's Armindo Salgado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wojciech Skaradowski in the 87th minute of play. Spartan FC Mogilany made a substitution. Konstanty Smolarek replaced Octavian Nicolescu. 91 minutes into the match, VB-Team's goal looked a bit too open when Konstanty Smolarek came free, but Armindo Salgado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gervásio Severiano struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Iwo Domarecki didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VB-Team. Traian Hăvârneanu had several of the Spartan FC Mogilany's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 95 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Iwo Domarecki as he didn't even see the shot coming. VB-Team played a much better game than Spartan FC Mogilany and deserved their victory. The Spartan FC Mogilany players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
