With a little luck, Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Matias Ceandro got control of the ball when Dario Hussain tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ruperto Rainerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beto Márcico, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Matias Ceandro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Anaya in the 19th minute of play. Ruperto Rainerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beto Márcico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Leon Platense's Klaas Alberts was substituted for Celso Havier. 65 minutes into the match, Asesinos Por Naturaleza's goal looked a bit too open when Constantino Anaya came free, but Matias Ceandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Hernán Leandro fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leon Platense's protests and gave Hernán Leandro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Asesinos Por Naturaleza booed when Leon Platense was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hernán Leandro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Asesinos Por Naturaleza made a substitution. Felipe Ralondo replaced Beto Márcico. Hernán Leandro hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 74 minutes, Felipe Ralondo put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Ruperto Rainerio. 77 minutes into the match, Felipe Ralondo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ruperto Rainerio. Leon Platense's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Felipe Ralondo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Ruperto Rainerio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baltasar Bertol, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 81 minutes into the game, Asesinos Por Naturaleza's Baltasar Bertol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ruperto Rainerio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Asesinos Por Naturaleza had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
