After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Stelian Murgu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Playa Malvín's supporters rose to their feet, but Stelian Murgu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Józef Mlynarczyk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Gong Qi Fan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With an all-out effort, Playa Malvín's Józef Mlynarczyk threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gong Qi Fan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Eneko in the 13th minute of play forced Playa Malvín's goalkeeper Nils Elmhuus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nils Elmhuus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Tolino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Józef Mlynarczyk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gong Qi Fan in the 17th minute. Östen Stor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Elmhuus having to interfere. In the 39th minute, Gong Qi Fan made a precise shot to the right of Józef Mlynarczyk. Deportivo Pucho's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Gong Qi Fan might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Józef Mlynarczyk. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gong Qi Fan ran back to his position shaking his head. Józef Mlynarczyk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gong Qi Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Stelian Murgu came free with the goalkeeper in the 46th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Józef Mlynarczyk could save by the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gong Qi Fan to strike the kick off in the second half. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nils Elmhuus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sandu Mândrilă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Józef Mlynarczyk having to interfere. Archie Litchfield's late challenge caught a Playa Malvín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Archie Litchfield helped the player get up and apologised. If Quinto Ampudia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95th play minutes Sandu Mândrilă shot 2-0, a short shot which went by Józef Mlynarczyk and just under the crossbar into goal. Sandu Mândrilă fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Józef Mlynarczyk having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Deportivo Pucho players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Playa Malvín.
