Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Celestino Gervaso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Berganza went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Celestino Gervaso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abraham Alguacil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Toto Škarpa kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 1-1 in the 12 minute of play. Álvaro Scherer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cyryl Gomolka hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Celestino Gervaso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 26 minutes into the match, Toto Škarpa notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Matthew Garrido hit a great ball. In the 32nd minute Toto Škarpa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Marcos Cotilla managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Timão F.C.'s Toto Škarpa fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Toto Škarpa sent off a good shot on target. In the 44th minute, Abraham Alguacil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Panama's zone, Toto Škarpa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal and Toto Škarpa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celestino Gervaso having to interfere. The supporters of Panama booed when Timão F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vali Mălaimare didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the game, Matthew Garrido threw the ball into play from the sideline. Timão F.C.'s Wang Qian Liang quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 74th minute, Toto Škarpa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. In the 77th minute, Miguel Miralles hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Timão F.C.'s attentive Álvaro Scherer managed to snatch the ball when Matthew Garrido made a throw-in in the 78th minute of the game. When Isidoro Sarmiento came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Sarmiento couldn't finish the play. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vali Mălaimare in the 89th minute of play. A collision led to Timão F.C. getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Wang Qian Liang hit a great ball. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Celestino Gervaso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Timão F.C. had won after a very even match.
