The referee ignored BPS F.C.'s protests and gave Akakios Kitsios a yellow card for diving instead. Akakios Kitsios hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benito Cutberto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Benito Cutberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. BPS F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Benito Cutberto scored to the left of an out of position Konstantinos Konstas, making the score, 0-4. Konstantinos Konstas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benito Cutberto's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. La Scaloneta's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nicanor Ramos in the 76th minute. The corner led La Scaloneta's Nicanor Ramos to fire away a dangerous shot which Konstantinos Konstas despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Filomeno Sidro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 90 minutes, Filomeno Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Scaloneta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filomeno Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Filomeno Sidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match was over La Scaloneta could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than BPS F.C. throughout the match.
