After 3 played minutes Kranji Crunchy got a freekick which was hit by Handoko Andeas. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Benito Cutberto managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Scaloneta's supporters rose to their feet, but Benito Cutberto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rio Wahyudi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 7 minutes into the match, Kranji Crunchy's goal looked a bit too open when Evaristo Txaran came free, but Rio Wahyudi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 16 minutes into the game, Jojon Sopandi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Javier Rocio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to La Scaloneta getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Nicanor Ramos hit a great ball. In the 20th minute of the match Battal Seyyit Torcan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Javier Rocio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 23rd match minute, La Scaloneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tal Hanes to maneuver through the defense. Battal Seyyit Torcan was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 24th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After some careless play in the La Scaloneta defense, Ireng Hamid kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Javier Rocio. The La Scaloneta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Javier Rocio should have stopped the shot. Javier Rocio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ireng Hamid in the 30th minute of play. Tal Hanes hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Sebastian Fagondo was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 43 minutes into the match. In the 44th match minute, La Scaloneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sebastian Fagondo to maneuver through the defense. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gofar Pohan to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, La Scaloneta's Javier Rocio got control of the ball when Jojon Sopandi tried to sneak it across the goal line. 0-3 became the score in the 52nd minute when Gofar Pohan elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Gofar Pohan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Javier Rocio came out and tried to block the shot, but Gofar Pohan slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 56th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Jojon Sopandi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Javier Rocio. That made the score 0-5 in the 60 minute of play. A collision led to La Scaloneta getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Benito Cutberto hit a great ball. After 67 played minutes La Scaloneta got a freekick which was hit by Tal Hanes. Dian Hatala took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Javier Rocio. Javier Rocio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Javier Rocio was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jojon Sopandi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 77 minute of play. Evaristo Txaran kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Jojon Sopandi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Scaloneta's goalkeeper Javier Rocio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Javier Rocio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gofar Pohan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Javier Rocio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dian Hatala went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-8 was the resulting score. Javier Rocio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gofar Pohan in the 95th minute of the match.
