The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tor Echegoyen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Finn Espe, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Furlan in the 4th minute of play forced Cheeky Nuts United's goalkeeper Isak Tøllefsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Momentum FC's Tor Echegoyen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armas Heinola in the 9th minute of play. Tor Echegoyen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armas Heinola, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After 11 minutes of play, Momentum FC's Ismael Furlan made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Isak Tøllefsen was left in no man's land by his defense there! 16 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Lundberg came free, but Tor Echegoyen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alf Austad in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tor Echegoyen saved Momentum FC from getting behind. 21 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's Ismael Furlan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isak Tøllefsen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Momentum FC's Arsenio Azibar was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Isak Tøllefsen in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Isak Tøllefsen stood somewhat misplaced when Arsenio Azibar came free in front of goal and shot 3-0 to the left of him in the 23 minute. Ismael Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 31st minute Ismael Furlan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isak Tøllefsen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cheeky Nuts United's zone, Ismael Furlan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isak Tøllefsen came out of the goal and Ismael Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isak Tøllefsen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ismael Furlan's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's Ismael Furlan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isak Tøllefsen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 37 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cheeky Nuts United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Benedicto Eladio was slow to take the kick. During this time Momentum FC's players had a chance to rest. 43 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Lundberg came free, but Tor Echegoyen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ismael Furlan struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Isak Tøllefsen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Momentum FC. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ismael Furlan got free with Isak Tøllefsen in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arsenio Azibar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Cheeky Nuts United got a freekick which was hit by Lukas Grønnestad. 54 minutes into the match, Momentum FC's Ismael Furlan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Isak Tøllefsen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Ismael Furlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isak Tøllefsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Ismael Furlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Isak Tøllefsen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Furlan in the 59th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Ismael Furlan put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Isak Tøllefsen. Thanks to some nice moves Finn Espe could shoot a difficult shot in the 66th minute, which Tor Echegoyen however easily saved by the left post. After 69 minutes Momentum FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Stathis Konstantakis who took care of the corner kick. Stathis Konstantakis made a great header on Cheeky Nuts United's corner, it was just that Momentum FC's Tor Echegoyen managed to reach the ball for a save. Momentum FC made a substitution. Carlos Auzqui replaced Arsenio Azibar. Isak Tøllefsen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Abubakar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cheeky Nuts United's Finn Espe got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Momentum FC's Vincent Abubakar got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isak Tøllefsen came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Momentum FC's Vincent Abubakar. But to his dismay, Vincent Abubakar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Kai Brüggemann fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isak Tøllefsen having to interfere. 91 minutes into the match, Vincent Abubakar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Isak Tøllefsen. Cheeky Nuts United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vincent Abubakar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Momentum FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Cheeky Nuts United for a fine match.
