The Momentum FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 21 minutes into the game, Momentum FC's Ismael Furlan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Federico Abascal came out of the goal and Ismael Furlan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 31 minutes into the game, Tiburcio Ermano threw the ball into play from the sideline. Momentum FC's Jonatan Haritzeder quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ariel Iliana during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ariel Iliana kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Federico Abascal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Furlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Remigio Urdaspal was the one to do the kick off. Ismael Furlan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Federico Abascal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Federico Abascal was out of position in the 52 minute of play, and Ismael Furlan capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ismael Furlan really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Ismael Furlan might have been able to make a better finish in the 68th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Federico Abascal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ismael Furlan ran back to his position shaking his head. Ismael Furlan's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Federico Abascal firmly grabbed it by the left post. Stronghold S.A's defense didn't have a chance, in the 76th minute, when Vincent Abubakar scored to the left of an out of position Federico Abascal, making the score, 0-8. After taking down the ball on Momentum FC's corner Eliseo Martxel fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Federico Abascal quite easily take care of the ball. Federico Abascal made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Vincent Abubakar sent off a good shot on target. 90 minutes into the match, Stronghold S.A's goalkeeper Federico Abascal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vincent Abubakar. Federico Abascal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vincent Abubakar showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-9 in the 92 minute of play. Momentum FC played a much better game than Stronghold S.A and deserved their victory. The Stronghold S.A players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
