The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Evaggelos Gikas during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Evaggelos Gikas hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Drafi's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sakis Korakis made a kick off. Per Bröms showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tasos Kavvadias, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Ntinos Ioannidis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Per Bröms tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Uno Åkesson notched a goal, 0-10, to the right of Drafi's Babbis Petroutsos. Babbis Petroutsos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Drafi defense, Stig Rönn kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Babbis Petroutsos. The Drafi fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Babbis Petroutsos should have stopped the shot. After 72 minutes of play, Ekedalen SK's Ingvar Bark made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Babbis Petroutsos was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Drafi's Babbis Petroutsos got control of the ball when Stig Rönn tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match, Sten Hagberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Babbis Petroutsos saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvin Heggert in the 78th minute of play forced Drafi's goalkeeper Babbis Petroutsos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Drafi's Babbis Petroutsos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save Drafi from getting a goal against them. In the 82nd minute, Antonis Skatzos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ekedalen SK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
