After 23 played minutes Calenzano got a freekick which was hit by Federico Tedeschi. 31 minutes into the match, Calenzano's goal looked a bit too open when Dino Palmisano came free, but Donato Balestra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Dino Palmisano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Donato Balestra was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. A.S. Ian Fenomeni were awarded a corner in the 32th minute after Calenzano's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edoardo Galeone took the corner. Cristiano Granata showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Tedeschi in the 92nd minute of the match. Edoardo Galeone shot from long distance in the 94th minute, but Donato Balestra was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
