Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alfred Olsson made the kick off which started today's match. After a rather tough play, Calenzano's Alfred Olsson got a free kick in the 4th minute. Machados FC V2's Rodrigo Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Tedeschi in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute of the game Antonello Di Toma made a throw-in which Federico Tedeschi played forward. 11 minutes into the match, Machados FC V2's goal looked a bit too open when Federico Tedeschi came free, but Rodrigo Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Lima came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Calenzano's Alfred Olsson. But to his dismay, Alfred Olsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 22nd minute of the match Matthias Tham shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Donato Balestra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Machados FC V2's Matthias Tham got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Rodrigo Lima showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Tedeschi, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 33 played minutes Machados FC V2 got a freekick which was hit by Brin Jeromen. 35 minutes into the game, Antonello Di Toma threw the ball into play from the sideline. Machados FC V2's Matthias Tham quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Rodrigo Lima stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Federico Tedeschi's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Machados FC V2's Grzegorz Piesciuk got a free kick in the 46th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Machados FC V2's Fernand Joanny was substituted for Matthias Tham. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joaquim Paredes was the one to do the kick off. Machados FC V2's Rodrigo Lima played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfred Olsson in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Machados FC V2 booed when Calenzano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Antonello Di Toma didn't get a good kick on the ball. Calenzano made a substitution. Yaniusky Pardo replaced Alessio Santini. In the 57th match minute, Calenzano was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonello Di Toma to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alfred Olsson got free with Rodrigo Lima in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Fernando Couto in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Calenzano's Antonello Di Toma. Arturo Di Matteo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Rodrigo Lima made a huge save. Comunardo Chizzo made in the 76th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Machados FC V2's Fernando Couto. After having played for 77 minutes, António Varanda managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Machados FC V2's supporters crossed their fingers, but António Varanda was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Calenzano's Arturo Di Matteo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rodrigo Lima. That made the score 0-2 after 81 minutes of play. 87 minutes had been played when some careless play by Machados FC V2's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Antonello Di Toma was slow to take the kick. During this time Calenzano's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Calenzano's Yaniusky Pardo to fire away a dangerous shot which Rodrigo Lima despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Machados FC V2's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Comunardo Chizzo scored to the left of an out of position Rodrigo Lima, making the score, 0-3. Donato Balestra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Varanda in the 93rd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Fernando Couto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Di Matteo came free with the goalkeeper in the 98th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Rodrigo Lima could save by the left post. Calenzano's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
