Victoria Mlawa's Olaf Redisz quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Pedro Barrionuevo, made in the 2nd minute of the game. But to his dismay, Walter Van Mechelen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kryspin Dembkowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tadeusz Raschke in the 13th minute of the match. Grasshoppers Klucze's Tanek Bielejewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dorian Vianna in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Grasshoppers Klucze's goal looked a bit too open when Andrew Carrillos came free, but Tanek Bielejewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Victoria Mlawa getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Bogumil Tamulewicz hit a great ball. 25 minutes into the match, Victoria Mlawa's goalkeeper Kryspin Dembkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tadeusz Raschke. In the 29th minute, Andrew Carrillos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tanek Bielejewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Walter Van Mechelen came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Victoria Mlawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Van Mechelen couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute Tadeusz Raschke shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Dembkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kryspin Dembkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tadeusz Raschke in the 33rd minute. In the 38th minute, Tadeusz Raschke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kryspin Dembkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Kryspin Dembkowski made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Igor Praski sent off a good shot on target. Kryspin Dembkowski was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Hugon Imbor capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hugon Imbor really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Hugon Imbor's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Kryspin Dembkowski firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tadeusz Raschke to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walter Van Mechelen in the 52nd minute of play forced Grasshoppers Klucze's goalkeeper Tanek Bielejewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 54 minutes into the match, Grasshoppers Klucze's goalkeeper Tanek Bielejewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Walter Van Mechelen. Kryspin Dembkowski came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Grasshoppers Klucze's Kacper Charamut. But to his dismay, Kacper Charamut quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. Grasshoppers Klucze made a substitution. Damazy Franzik replaced Kacper Charamut. Grasshoppers Klucze's Karol Kolbert was substituted for Hieronim Skrzypek. Tanek Bielejewski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Walter Van Mechelen in the 93rd minute. In the 95th match minute, Grasshoppers Klucze was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Igor Praski to maneuver through the defense.
