Robustiano Cordareo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davor Šuker, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Robustiano Cordareo came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Black Rose 1979's Eliseo Berriotxoa. But to his dismay, Eliseo Berriotxoa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Marcones, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Lehior in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th play minute Waldemar Matorin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Robustiano Cordareo. 2-0. After 39 played minutes Black Rose 1979 got a freekick which was hit by Enzo-Nicolás Pérez. An unexpectedly hard shot by Octavio Marcones in the 40th minute of play forced Black Rose 1979's goalkeeper Karl-Johan Ahlqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Waldemar Matorin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Robustiano Cordareo made a huge save. In the 47th minute, Black Rose 1979's Eliseo Berriotxoa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Robustiano Cordareo. Robustiano Cordareo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eliseo Berriotxoa was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Forros Fantásticos AC got a freekick which was hit by Jakub Wawrzyniak. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejo Lehior got free with Karl-Johan Ahlqvist in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Karl-Johan Ahlqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Marcones in the 63rd minute of the match. Robustiano Cordareo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Berriotxoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Forros Fantásticos AC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Robustiano Cordareo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Gombal in the 97th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Eliseo Berriotxoa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Robustiano Cordareo was relentless in the 97th minute of the game. For all the effort they put into the match, the Forros Fantásticos AC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Black Rose 1979.
