Belo Alvarez started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Inter de Chillán's Fernán Chiquillo got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Erlantz Bermejo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vatan Enfal struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Maurino Serena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Inter de Chillán. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vatan Enfal in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute of the match A.D. Alcorcón got a corner. Inter de Chillán's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nereo Acosta ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Nereo Acosta almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Inter de Chillán's Anton Björnberg did a great save. Vatan Enfal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maurino Serena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. If Vatan Enfal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Inter de Chillán's Anton Björnberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belo Alvarez in the 19th minute of play. Anton Björnberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erlantz Bermejo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. A.D. Alcorcón's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nereo Acosta in the 23rd minute. In the 26th minute of the match A.D. Alcorcón got a corner. Inter de Chillán's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nereo Acosta ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on A.D. Alcorcón's corner Nereo Acosta fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Anton Björnberg quite easily take care of the ball. Anton Björnberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belo Alvarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erlantz Bermejo hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Nereo Acosta got a throw-in 35 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Emmanuel Otero. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Maurino Serena, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 42 minutes had been played when some careless play by A.D. Alcorcón's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Tobías Izamit was slow to take the kick. During this time Inter de Chillán's players had a chance to rest. Inter de Chillán's Tobías Izamit was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Maurino Serena in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Inter de Chillán were furious when Alfonso Sotta was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Alfonso Sotta hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After 46 played minutes, A.D. Alcorcón's Nereo Acosta shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anton Björnberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in A.D. Alcorcón reached it. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vatan Enfal was the one to do the kick off. Inter de Chillán made a substitution. Rickard Erserman replaced Vatan Enfal. A.D. Alcorcón's Laurin Mangas was substituted for Nereo Acosta. Nereo Acosta hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Maurino Serena showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rickard Erserman in the 63rd minute of the match. Rickard Erserman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eusebio Quijana kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Inter de Chillán's Rickard Erserman got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A.D. Alcorcón's Eusebio Quijana managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Marcel Wassermayer in the 81 minute of the game. In the 83rd minute Rickard Erserman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maurino Serena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A.D. Alcorcón's Maurino Serena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rickard Erserman in the 87th minute of play. Inter de Chillán's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tobías Izamit in the 88th minute. It was a well-played corner which Samuel Abel managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Leroy Antunez came free with the goalkeeper in the 93rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Anton Björnberg could save by the left post.
