The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Qiao Qing Xiao had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zeng Yong received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Xander Goos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shen Sang Hao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Perico Raya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute of the match Tarrasque Voador F.C. got a corner. CD Boiro's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Leão ran over to the corner to take the kick. A throw-in in the 18th minute of the game was made by Godofredo Urki with Qiao Qing Xiao as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Tarrasque Voador F.C. were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after CD Boiro's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Carlos Leão took the corner. 30 minutes into the match, Shen Sang Hao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Perico Raya. CD Boiro's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Shen Sang Hao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. A collision led to Tarrasque Voador F.C. getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Gianpaolo Lovera hit a great ball. The throw-in from Andoitz Arias in the 35th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Raphael Veiga. After having played for 39 minutes, Shen Sang Hao managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Shen Sang Hao was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Xander Goos got control of the ball when Edgar Figari tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 42nd minute Shen Sang Hao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perico Raya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Carlos Leão in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute Shen Sang Hao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perico Raya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidney Pontes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Xander Goos made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gianpaolo Lovera stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute CD Boiro were awarded a corner. Andoitz Arias went to the cornerflag to take it. CD Boiro's Andoitz Arias was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Xander Goos in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Perico Raya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gianpaolo Lovera, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Shen Sang Hao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Perico Raya made a huge save. Tarrasque Voador F.C. made a substitution. Lionel-Andrés Messi replaced Carlos Leão. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Emanuel Leite was substituted for Gianpaolo Lovera. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Cosmin Enigărescu was substituted for Napoleon Furgal. Shen Sang Haos short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Perico Raya to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Xander Goos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidney Pontes in the 63rd minute of the match. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Emanuel Leite got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Perico Raya came out of the goal in the 67th minute to try and stop a shot by Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Shen Sang Hao. But to his dismay, Shen Sang Hao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 71 minutes into the game, Emanuel Leite cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Perico Raya was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Shen Sang Hao's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Perico Raya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th minute of the game Andoitz Arias made a throw-in which Edgar Figari played forward. Perico Raya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shen Sang Hao, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xander Goos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Turi in the 82nd minute of play. Perico Raya showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Leite in the 84th minute of the match. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind CD Boiro's goalkeeper Perico Raya, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. CD Boiro's Perico Raya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Leite in the 89th minute of play. Emanuel Leite was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 92nd minute. Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 94 minutes into the match, CD Boiro's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Leite came free, but Perico Raya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 96th minute, Tarrasque Voador F.C.'s Emanuel Leite dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-5. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tarrasque Voador F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
