Yasir Magaña started the match with the kick off. Khalaf Al Adsani kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Riad Bo Qamaz took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Alberto Mikelar to make any attempt to save it. Eugenio Cortez struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Naem Bo Qamaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvarado. Alvarado's Alberto Mikelar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Riad Bo Qamaz in the 15th minute of play. Alberto Mikelar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Riad Bo Qamaz in the 16th minute of play. Naem Bo Qamaz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Cortez, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 19 minutes of play, Alvarado's Eugenio Cortez made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Naem Bo Qamaz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcelo Nahia struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Naem Bo Qamaz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alvarado. After having played for 24 minutes, Silvio Sidro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alvarado's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Sidro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Riad Bo Qamaz scored 2-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alberto Mikelar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Alvarado booed when Kinik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nasser Al Banai didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 35 played minutes, Alvarado's Eugenio Cortez shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Naem Bo Qamaz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Alvarado reached it. After 40 minutes Alvarado's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Yasir Magaña who took care of the corner kick. Masuod Al Jalahma hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Alberto Mikelar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Riad Bo Qamaz in the 43rd minute of play. Hamad Al Amer hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugenio Cortez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Alvarado booed when Kinik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Khalaf Al Adsani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alberto Mikelar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Riad Bo Qamaz in the 57th minute of the match. After 59 minutes, Hamad Al Amer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kinik and the Alvarado players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th match minute, Kinik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hamad Al Amer to maneuver through the defense. Riad Bo Qamaz succeeded in the game's 62nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. Kinik's Naem Bo Qamaz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Nahia in the 65th minute of play. Eugenio Cortez in the 71stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Naem Bo Qamaz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 76 minutes into the match, Alvarado's goal looked a bit too open when Yasir Magaña came free, but Alberto Mikelar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kinik's Naem Bo Qamaz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Kinik from getting a goal against them. In the 78th minute, Khalaf Al Adsani made a precise shot to the right of Alberto Mikelar. Alvarado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. When Marcelo Nahia fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alvarado's protests and gave Marcelo Nahia a yellow card for diving instead. After 83 played minutes Alvarado got a freekick which was hit by Marcelo Nahia. In the 90th minute, Yasir Magaña ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alberto Mikelar was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1.

For all the effort they put into the match, the Alvarado players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kinik.
