Edžus Ropas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. A hard shot 10 in the game by Ramón de Sena from a close distance when the talented Bruno Barrett managed to make a qualified save. Curacao's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Rocco Owen got a free kick in the 11th minute. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramón de Sena in the 17th minute of the match. Ramón de Sena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Barrett read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, GALATASARAY SK's Arın Turhan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. GALATASARAY SK's Arın Turhan was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 28th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Bruno Barrett made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arın Turhan in the 31st minute. In the 36th minute, GALATASARAY SK's Arın Turhan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. GALATASARAY SK's Arın Turhan got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arın Turhan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Klement Osikowicz shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Arın Turhan might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arın Turhan ran back to his position shaking his head. Ramón de Sena struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GALATASARAY SK. 62 minutes into the match, Akif Sarih notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When GALATASARAY SK's Arın Turhan in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Klement Osikowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jordan Porter made in the 84th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Rocco Owen immediately put the ball in play. In the 86th minute Arın Turhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arın Turhan scored 9-0 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marshall Graham hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. GALATASARAY SK had played much better football throughout.
