Iordanis Batsidis made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Menelaos Alexopoulos sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Pyrgetos FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Diogenis Kostiadis hit a great ball. Paris Kaloxilos kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. If Alexandros Filippas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Pavlos Oustabasidis took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Iordanis Batsidis to make any attempt to save it. 23 minutes into the match, Pyrgetos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stergios Klinakis came free, but Iordanis Batsidis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iordanis Batsidis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stergios Klinakis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute Pavlos Oustabasidis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordanis Batsidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petros Digozis hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Iordanis Batsidis was out of position in the 34 minute of play, and Menelaos Alexopoulos capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vassilis Agathiou hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute of the match Alketas Papantoniou shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Charilaos Katevatis showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Giotis Tsalikis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Pyrgetos FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Charilaos Katevatis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Diogenis Kostiadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Iordanis Batsidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Menelaos Alexopoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giotis Tsalikis in the 78th minute of play forced Highway to Hell's goalkeeper Charilaos Katevatis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Charilaos Katevatis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giotis Tsalikis in the 83rd minute of the match. Alexandros Filippas was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 89 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 92 minutes, Pyrgetos FC's Alketas Papantoniou got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Charilaos Katevatis. With a little luck, Highway to Hell's Charilaos Katevatis got control of the ball when Petros Digozis tried to sneak it across the goal line.
