But to his dismay, Per Rolandsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Diogenis Kostiadis during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute, Diogenis Kostiadis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Rolandsson in the 18th minute of play forced Pyrgetos FC's goalkeeper Iordanis Batsidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per Rolandsson scored 0-4 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iordanis Batsidis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arthur Saba might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Iordanis Batsidis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arthur Saba ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 32nd minute, Jo Blanchaert made a precise shot to the right of Iordanis Batsidis. Pyrgetos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Iordanis Batsidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aaron Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Rolandsson in the 40th minute of play forced Pyrgetos FC's goalkeeper Iordanis Batsidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pyrgetos FC's Iordanis Batsidis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Rolandsson in the 41st minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Per Rolandsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iordanis Batsidis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jo Blanchaert in the 52nd minute. Average Joes's Jo Blanchaert was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 54th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Jo Blanchaert received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Iordanis Batsidis came out and tried to block the shot, but Jo Blanchaert slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 60th minute. Jo Blanchaert could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 67th minute of the match, but Iordanis Batsidis made a huge save. Iordanis Batsidis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jo Blanchaert in the 71st minute. In the 76th minute, Per Rolandsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iordanis Batsidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-9. Average Joes made a substitution. Jeremias Silban replaced Per Rolandsson. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeremias Silban got free with Iordanis Batsidis in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Average Joes's Zé Roberto Sousa shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 83rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Iordanis Batsidis but with some difficulty. Iordanis Batsidis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yavuz Bülent Özger in the 85th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 0-10 when Yavuz Bülent Özger sped through Pyrgetos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iordanis Batsidis. Iordanis Batsidis was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mattias Finnman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-11 in the 90 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Finnman in the 92nd minute of play forced Pyrgetos FC's goalkeeper Iordanis Batsidis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th minute, Mattias Finnman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iordanis Batsidis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-12. Average Joes's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
