With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niceto Ihazintu in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Malcolm Wall saved Pauliström from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Niceto Ihazintu got free with Malcolm Wall in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Albert Andberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ergo Muro was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Ergo Muro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Näver, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Folke Melin to make the kick off. Pauliström's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niceto Ihazintu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Malcolm Wall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niceto Ihazintu in the 94th minute of the match. Niceto Ihazintu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Malcolm Wall having to make a save.
