Stefan Tomaka started the match with the kick off. If Paris Pountidis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 4 minutes into the game, Pyrgetos FC's Thomas Kakotaridis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wit Chwalkiewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Amelinium Gdynia's Wit Chwalkiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Babbis Koutsis in the 9th minute of play. After 18 minutes of play, Pyrgetos FC's Thomas Kakotaridis made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wit Chwalkiewicz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Wit Chwalkiewicz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thomas Kakotaridis's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. The audience was convinced that Stefan Tomaka's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Omar Nicholas was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. In the 23rd minute of the match, Babbis Koutsis tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Wit Chwalkiewicz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 26 minutes had been played when some careless play by Amelinium Gdynia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alkaios Palatzas was slow to take the kick. During this time Pyrgetos FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Alkaios Palatzas almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Amelinium Gdynia's Wit Chwalkiewicz did a great save. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Stefan Tomaka put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Omar Nicholas. Thomas Kakotaridis took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wit Chwalkiewicz. Wit Chwalkiewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Tomaka in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Omar Nicholas saved Pyrgetos FC from getting behind. In the 35th minute, Thomas Kakotaridis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pyrgetos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. Giannis Rammos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wit Chwalkiewicz having to interfere. 43 minutes had been played when some careless play by Pyrgetos FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Hieronim Psotka was slow to take the kick. During this time Amelinium Gdynia's players had a chance to rest. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nikiforos Karnezakis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Pyrgetos FC's zone, Stefan Tomaka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Nicholas came out of the goal and Stefan Tomaka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pyrgetos FC's Omar Nicholas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Tomaka in the 55th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Amelinium Gdynia got a freekick which was hit by Hieronim Psotka. After recieving a nice pass, Pyrgetos FC's Alkaios Palatzas tried to score from far away in the 59th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Stefan Tomaka in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Omar Nicholas, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Wit Chwalkiewicz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomas Kakotaridis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stefan Tomaka's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Omar Nicholas skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thomas Kakotaridis in the 74th minute of play forced Amelinium Gdynia's goalkeeper Wit Chwalkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcin Byczewski in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th match minute, Amelinium Gdynia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korneliusz Dembowski to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikiforos Karnezakis in the 81st minute of play forced Amelinium Gdynia's goalkeeper Wit Chwalkiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Omar Nicholas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Tomporowski in the 82nd minute of play. Wit Chwalkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Kakotaridis in the 86th minute of the match. Nikos Souglakos took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wit Chwalkiewicz. Amelinium Gdynia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Wit Chwalkiewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomas Kakotaridis in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 96th minute of the match, Florian Tomporowski got a very nice opportunity to score, but Omar Nicholas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
