Flamengo CIMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by André Barros in the 5th minute. The corner led Flamengo CIMZ's André Barros to fire away a dangerous shot which Flavius Ferenț despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 14th minute Alex Cunea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Édouard Mendy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rasnita's Flavius Ferenț played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Frichoso in the 17th minute of play. Dorel Vintilescu's late challenge caught a Flamengo CIMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dorel Vintilescu helped the player get up and apologised. Édouard Mendy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Toacsen in the 20th minute of play. Niceto Frichoso's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Flavius Ferenț read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. In the 28th minute Alfred Kiszkiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavius Ferenț saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Alex Cunea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rasnita's supporters rose to their feet, but Alex Cunea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Édouard Mendy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Flamengo CIMZ's Édouard Mendy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Flamengo CIMZ from getting a goal against them. Édouard Mendy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sebastian Toacsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Sebastian Toacsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Flamengo CIMZ's Édouard Mendy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Toacsen in the 53rd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Sebastian Toacsen notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Flamengo CIMZ's Édouard Mendy. Édouard Mendy was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Niceto Frichoso who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Flavius Ferenț when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Alex Cunea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Édouard Mendy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex Cunea in the 73rd minute of the match. In the 75th minute Rasnita were awarded a corner. Horaţiu Chelbea went to the cornerflag to take it. Alex Cunea took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Édouard Mendy. Édouard Mendy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The supporters of Rasnita booed when Flamengo CIMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Marino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardino Marino's late challenge caught a Rasnita's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardino Marino helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Flamengo CIMZ's Bernardino Marino got a free kick in the 96th minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, Rasnita could leave the field as winners, despite Flamengo CIMZ having more of the ball for most of the match.
