An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Caiola in the 11th minute of play forced Flamengo CIMZ's goalkeeper Édouard Mendy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Édouard Mendy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emiliano Caiola in the 14th minute of play. Édouard Mendy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serge Frankena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leopoldo Trigo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan de Vlieger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50thth minute of the game Leopoldo Trigo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Ralph Roeles was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Édouard Mendy came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's Kurt van der Laan. But to his dismay, Kurt van der Laan quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 93rd minute, André Barros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Flamengo CIMZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Julias Rascals Apeldoorn's performance. The match ended with a win for Julias Rascals Apeldoorn.
